Everything was amazing the only issue I had was Expedia over booked. Karen was such a help on the matter. She was friendly, patient, & accommodating. She helped to make my trip amazing so grateful for her!

I think service was the most disappointing at front desk and restaurant . The host Also , we ended up going to Riggs for breakfast one morning because the breakfast menu was very mediocre and eating it for 3 days in a row got very old . Dinner menu is not bad but also only if you eat there once , they don’t even offer daily specials that would add a little variety .

The hotel was great, close to many attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not of the same caliber: we ordered three days but cancelled the next two days after the first day. We found another cafe nearby with better menu and price.

Everything excellent, tips for improvement, bath mats, more cutlery including tea spoons, a kettle (us brits like tea) and more towels when it's a family. All was manageable though with what was provided.

I thought this was a great place to stay. Convenient (I walked from Union Station to the hotel). Check in was a breeze. Courteous staff. Room was clean and modern. I had stayed at a yotel before -- so I knew how the lights, etc worked in the room (but I remember it being confusing on my first stay - which was out in Seattle). It was really pricey -- but I'm guessing there was a special event in DC - because I had seen more reasonable prices at other times. Only complaint -- the outlet built into the bed frame did not work. Otherwise A+++
